24.01.2022 As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, Silvan Ridge wishes to update our clients and the wider community on actions being taken to ensure the health and well being of our clients and staff to ensure that our services continue to be provided uninterrupted during this period. In response to the Governments recommendations, we have now implemented a work from home strategy for all our staff. Minimizing disruption to Silvan Ridge clients is a high priority along with en...suring the well being of our staff, clients and the community during this period. Our cloud systems mean it will be business as usual, all appointments will be completed over the phone. We will continue to monitor, review and manage our response to this situation going forward in line with Government guidance. We thank you for your ongoing support in these times and your understanding. As a community we need to work together and stay calm to slow the progress of the virus and in doing so save lives and get our community back to normal life as quickly as possible. 19.01.2022 Today we hosted our annual Hot Cross Bun competition and once again Grace Keegan and Tom Abraham Keegan took the honors with their unique homemade Cheese and Vegemite Hot Cross Buns! Coming in second place was Terang Bakery, with third place going to Bakers Delight with their Apple and Cinnamon Hot Cross Buns. We wish all of our clients, family and friends a happy and safe Easter period.

12.01.2022 The Silvan Ridge Foundation this year are participating in the 2019 Warrnambool Motorcycle Toyrun on Saturday the 7th of December. We will be collecting new toys and non-perishable food donations, all contributions will go to the The Salvation Army Warrnambool who will then distribute to families in need. We would greatly appreciate any new & unwrapped donations which can be dropped into our office at 132a Lava Street, by close of business on Thursday 5th of December. We are thrilled to have been able to donate 33kg of items to Food Share today and we still have more to give on Monday. We received donations of goods from far and wide - clients, staff and friends and family of our staff were all so generous. We even had some cash donations to pass on. ... Together we have helped brighten Christmas for some lucky people.
