I just want to personally reach out and thank you all for your continued support of my beloved business baby, @silver_stork. As most of you know, we had our 2nd baby in December and life sure has been a whirlwind since. The world around us is going through some difficult times... Behind the scenes here we have been struggling a little. We’ve been quiet on our socials for a while because, to be honest, t...he juggle of running 2 businesses, a 4yo and 5mth old, family life and the effects of Covid has taken a toll. With a baby that currently cries from the moment she wakes until bedtime, there is little time to do much else than focus on getting through the day and fulfill all your beautiful orders which brings so much joy to the current Groundhog Day routine. So we just wanted to share with you that IT IS OK TO NOT BE OK. We are not ok and the juggle is HARD and REAL. Posting a pretty picture on our feed is proving to be impossible! We slowly lose followers because we’ve been quiet. But thank you for those hanging around and for the orders that keep rolling in. We are very lucky that our brand continues to grow through word of mouth and online presence, in addition to the support from our community here. It’s like a friendship - you don’t need to talk every day to prove your friendship, closeness and support. Part of supporting myself is to be able to support others.
