24.01.2022 Dear Studio Community I have been monitoring the current COVID-19 developments carefully this past week and have decided to suspend all our classes at the studi...o as of this Monday 16th March - Geelong and Inverleigh. I feel strongly that it’s our social responsibility to support our most vulnerable members in the wider community and act now to halt the spread. This has not been an easy decision, but in light of numerous reliable sources of information, I feel it’s an appropriate and measured response. As many of you are likely aware from our recent email communication, we have been implementing more rigorous hygiene practices at the studio over the last few days. Perhaps this is enough, but I am not prepared to take the risk. Our studio community is our top priority. With things changing daily, we are unable to give an exact start date for Term 2. We are also looking into online delivery models and considering all options. In the meantime, your teachers will be providing some class videos and/or tutorials over the coming weeks to help support and continue your movement practice. You can find it here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1914558785470421/?source_id=404714912895815 Given the unprecedented circumstances, we are not able to offer a refund for the missed two weeks of term, however we will be arranging a free day of classes and workshops when we start back as recompense to all current students, as well as access to online materials. We are a strong dance family. Our movement practice is enriched by connection, commitment and community. Our work on the dance floor might be interrupted but certainly not finished. 21.01.2022 My dearest Cororooke yogis, with the health and wellbeing of everyone in mind I've made the very hard decision to finish our term early...I'll be offering some online classes and if this isn't an option for you, I'll allow you to carry over your payment to next term. In saying this, I cannot give an exact date for term 2, as soon as I do I'll let you all know! I am truly sorry and hope you understand, please stay safe and let's stay in contact to continue our special little community of movement makers. Biggest love Simone
