20.01.2022 Gosh Ive been loving my little insulated food jar this winter for my kids lunches. It keeps things nice and hot for a good number of hours- fried rice, noodles you name it! 18.01.2022 Banana milkshake with greens and berries 3 frozen bananas 800 ml milk of your choice 1 tsp cinnamon... 1 tbsp vanilla essence 1 tsp camu camu 2 scoops Tigers raw Greens and Berry Antioxidant Blend Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth then place into a 1 Litre Sinchies Reusable Food Pouch.

14.01.2022 "I’m saving 80cents a pouch in yoghurts so these pay for themselves in 3 uses and it’s my own homemade yoghurt so I know exactly what’s in it, best of all kids love it! You can also put some smoothies in them freeze them and by recess they will be ready to drink. I’ve used Sinchies many years ago for baby food. They have upgraded the designs since then. 13.01.2022 Raspberry chia yoghurt from @the_daily_feast on Instagram Raspberry chia jam 1 cup frozen (or fresh) raspberries 2 pitted dates (or half medjool date)... 2 tbsp chia seeds Heat berries and dates over low heat with a splash of water until soft. Take off heat. Blend. Add chia seeds. Voila Raspberry chia yoghurt 1 cup yoghurt of your choice (I like Greek or coconut yoghurt) 1/4 cup raspberry chia jam (Optional 1 tsp honey) Mix jam into yoghurt and bam! its done. Or if you like it a little sweeter, mix the honey with a tiny splash of warm water to loosen it, before mixing into yoghurt

10.01.2022 Eggs, EGGS, eggs....... Who knew that you can freeze these? So when theyre on special snap up a bargain, whisk then freeze. Popping them into silicone baking cases to freeze, then popping them out and placing them into our reusable wrap bags works a treat!

06.01.2022 Filled up my @sinchies pouches this morning. I popped 750g fruit (apple, pear, melon, pineapple, strawberry) and 25g water in thermo. Cooked 15 mins, 90 speed 2. Next I blended (blend mode on tm6. Speed 5 gradually going to 9 on tm5/tm31). You can either serve like that I like I did add 100g Greek yogurt and mix through on speed 3 for 10 seconds. I served half into the pouches and then added a good handful of oats, mixed through and again added to pouches (just to mix it up a bit). So easy, cheap, delicious.
