18.05.2022 Sing The World 2018 has concluded with 3 stunning premiere performances of the award winning STREET REQUIEM in Edinburgh, Manchester and London in just 8 days. Our heartfelt thanks go to every participant of STW 2018 along with Diane and Steve at Where2travel, Sarah Waight, (design) Caroline Knaggs (PR), Rebecca Clarke (London), Emily Hurrell and everyone at Streetwise Opera, Grassmarkets Community Project Choir, Choir With No Name, The Highland Divas, David Shannon, Kamil Bi...en and all the magnificent accompanists, musicians and additional singers in each city - including the Battersea and Teddington Choral Societies and Sam Evans for making each concert a special and memorable experience. We wish everyone a safe journey home and can’t wait to share our news of the next Sing The World tour in 2020! 09.05.2022 A GIFT OF GRATITUDE FROM OUR ARTISTIC DIRECTOR Our wonderful Founding Artistic Director - Dr Jonathon Welch AM has released a beautiful new single today that he not only sings magnificently, but he also wrote the song in collaboration with our brilliant accompanist Dave Newington. GRATEFUL is a song of reflection during these uncertain times, and it reminds us all to give thanks to all those special people in our lives that help us through difficult times but also bring us jo...y and peace, security and compassion. We are grateful to all our wonderful singers, musicians, staff, volunteers and you - our supporters who give us the opportunity to do what we love sharing the most - our joy of singing!
