09.01.2022 Just a heads up. We’ll be closed for the beginning of next week (tues-thu) so the lovely people from Yass Valley Earthworks can dig up, prepare and re-lay the footpath out the front of our cafe! A minor inconvenience, but it’s going to be well worth it! Too many people have tripped over and hurt themselves on this path over the years!

07.01.2022 Last week our good friends from Eden Brewery in Mittagong visited us to check out our Roastery and to chat coffee, beer & faith. They walked away with 28kg of our super tasty Ethiopian Natural coffee beans that we specially roasted for them, to pair with an equally special release beer that’s about to drop! We chose the naturally processed Ethiopian coffee beans and roasted them for their deep red and purple fruit flavours which are going to pair incredibly with the red malt profile and floral late hop flavours of of this beer... Stay tuned for the release date and final flavour profile! (Not long now).

01.01.2022 Libby is a keen as kustard learner! Right from day one she has been eagerly learning everything she can about coffee, always asking questions and taking it all in. She just made her first coffee, entirely by herself! Won’t be long till she’s head barista-ing! She’s a keeper.
