25.01.2022 Great to see our Victorian customers finally getting out and about. Craig was spotted on the freeway in Melbourne by another customer Kim who is also now able to use his car after months of sitting idle! Keep sending those pics in!!

25.01.2022 Some great advice in here. When our Isuzu Dmax did the Tele Track and Cape York in 2019, we didn't do Nolans Crossing as we deemed it was too deep (who wants a flooded vehicle stranded that far North??). But if the conditions are right, and you are confident, give it a crack. And yes, we did the whole Tele Track except Gunshot. Our six wheelers can go anywhere a standard 4wd will go, and no, we don't get dry bogged like a lazy axle truck will.

21.01.2022 The last vehicle to roll off the hoists for 2020 belongs to Craig from Victoria. This left last week and was a standard build. 4,495Kg GVM with a new federal compliance plate, and 4,500Kg towing. The Ford Rangers have certainly proved popular in 2020, and we have 15 locked in already for 2021!! Thanks Craig, and we look forward to seeing what goes on top!

17.01.2022 #MegaCab project update. What a week!! The Patrol has gone from a dull bronze that was battered and worn, to a rather vibrant lime green (congrats to Jon who successfully guessed the new colour last week, although he may have had some inside info). Pretty sure this will be easy to spot in the car park, in the dark, on the road, and probably even from space ... Now time for the doors to go on, finish all the external trims, so it can then head off to the trim shop for the new interior. Special shout out Scott and the team at Excel panel & paint for this resto job. We have one happy MD who can't wait to make this his daily driver. It will certainly snap a few necks. 09.01.2022 Another quick visit by a customer today. Great to see Wayne with his six wheeler Mazda BT50 coupled with a Palomino slide on camper. Do you need extra payload?? Did you know we can get close to 2tonnes of usable payload on most of our builds??

09.01.2022 Another Ford Ranger rolled out of here a couple of weeks ago. Thanks to Mark and the team from the Mitchelton Service Centre for their support. A brand new vehicle taken to a new GVM of 4,495Kg under our federal SSM approval. This means we put a new compliance plate on the car so its 1st registered as a six wheeler.... Towing capacity goes up to 4,500Kg. This vehicle will be fitted with a 3m tray, with the new custom tow bar ensuring that the tow ball sits just proud of the rear of the tray (eliminate pinch points). Another very practical workhorse that will have close to 2 tonnes of usable payload.

07.01.2022 These cars have already been rarer than rocking horse pooh, with this only making it worse! We had heard rumours of some possible shutdowns, but this is going to be a pain for a lot of you waiting to get your hands on a new one mid next year.

06.01.2022 Dale’s Landcruiser build left us yesterday- a very nice example of what you can do with one of these vehicles. We met Dale at the Rocky Show after he had seen another one of our cruiser builds when he was camping. A standard cab chassis conversion was done (already had a wider diff), with disc braked 3rd axle & matched 2" lift on the rear end. We then fitted a 2.6m Eye~Tie tray with under tray drawer and tool boxes plus cargo barrier & twin headboard spare tyre mounts.... Underneath we refitted the dual battery system, relocated the air compressor & wired in a new winch on the rear end with extra Anderson plugs. We also integrated custom mud flap mounts into the under side of the tray to allow the large flaps to be taken off when not towing. GVM taken to 5,495kg, with towing to 4,500kg & a new GCM of 8,995kg.
