01.01.2022 Eohippus or dawn horse was thought to be the very first evolutionary horse. It stood at around 30cm and had 5 toes that each had its own little hoof. Around 55 million years ago it roamed the dense jungles of what we now know as America. When the climate changes and the forest turned to grass lands eohippus evolved and became taller, heavier, faster and with less toes. Bellow is just some of the evolutions over years but there where many more branches of the horse evolutionary tree.
