25.01.2022 Our partners SKATE ALL DAY have finished their new skateboard park on the Gold Coast. We will be up and running with our Skate and Relate program from next week. For more info contact us or check out our website. The skatepark looks amazing!

24.01.2022 Being a skater who grew up with ADHD as I went through my Pro career I met other skaters who suffered ADHD too which made me feel not so much as an outsider. Ryan Sheckler was able to use to harness his energy and become one of the greatest skaters ever.

23.01.2022 This Wednesday from 5-7pm we have an Information night regarding our new Primary & Secondary schooling we are offering for kids that dont quite fit school or that want to follow a pathway within the skateboarding Industry. We are also offering tailored education and coaching for those who want to skate in our high performance programs and travel globally. We offer children not only who have Autism, Aspergers, ADHD or just need some social connectivity through our program that works around skateboarding. Skateboarding is a sport built around Culture. We offer a brand new indoor facility that has a large indoor skatepark, Video creating & Editing room, Gym, Building & Design along with great positive men...tors. With a 5:1 ratio our program is here to work with kids and help them realise their passion. We can help with funding through the new NDIS program that rolls out on Gold Coast this July. Having grown up with ADHD I understand how the school environment doesn't work for all kids. This is why I have developed a space for kids to thrive in. 18.01.2022 Great to have Brendo and the crew from @endeavourshops at @skatealldayskatelessons today where we worked on more skateboarding skills. Brendo has been away for a few weeks but we were just as stoked as him to see him back! We still have plenty of spaces available for our program.

12.01.2022 Today we had the guys from Endeavour Foundation come down for their first skateboard lessons. We werent sure who or if anyone would get on a board. In the end pretty much everyone skated. It was an amazing day!!! We will have an edit up soon of these guys achievements. What an amazing day!!!!

09.01.2022 Rodney Mullen is very well known in the world of skateboarding. He invented the Flat ground Ollie and even the Kick flip. Rodney talks about the persistence that Skateboarding gives us. Rodney has had all types of success from skateboarding but it has come from literally falling down and getting back up again.

04.01.2022 A special day at Skate & Relate. We got to meet Andrew Andrew is a 27yr old skateboarder that was severely assaulted 4yrs ago, leaving him completely paralysed on his right side, with limited movement on his left and unable to speak. Andrew has spent the last 4yrs of his life in an aged care facility. Since his paralysis Andrew has been dedicated to his physical therapy and is working hard to learn to walk again. But most of all Andrew wanted to skate and yesterday thanks ...to Brian his Support Worker he found us! They came in just to have a coffee and a look around. But Andrew's enthusiasm shined through and with the limited movement in his left hand he indicated that he wanted to get in on the action and we were happy to assist. This is what our adaptive skate program is all about, giving young people like Andrew the opportunity to engage in and be part of skateboarding because skateboarding is accessible for youth with physical disabilities, it has the incredible capability to adapt to meet the physical needs and be practiced in some form by virtually anyone. 03.01.2022 You dont see this everyday! Our WCMX mentor Tim Lachlan has had his eye on the 13.5ft vert Ramp since coming in here. This was on his bucket list to drop in on. When he arrived and said he was going to do it none of us knew how to respond. Everyday life is a mindset of great or bad . Today was Timmys day!
