Business owner, Bede Bourke gave some terrific feedback: The only way, in my opinion, to hire an apprentice is through Skillset, as they are extremely professional and supportive. Skillset take care of everything, from recruiting the best candidate, payroll, training requirements, and addressing any issues that may arise. It is the easiest way to employ an apprentice and I would recommend them to anyone. We asked Jacky the benefits she has gained from her traineeship. "After my traineeship, I went onto complete a Certificate IV in Personal Training. I stayed and worked for a number of years with my host until I decided to go to university to be a PE teacher. The traineeship has given me the opportunity to motivate and educate individuals about the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle. I also try to lead by example and hope that I can inspire others, whilst also being a good role model for my children".
