21.01.2022 Scads of Fleur d'ail for tomorrow's Creswick Market. The season is almost over for this delicious and versatile vegetable. Chop it raw into mash potatoes, add to scrambled eggs and omelettes, blanch for 2 mins then refresh and serve with lemon and black pepper, chop into stir fry, grill, roast, Bbq and a bunch whizzed with pine nuts, parmesan and olive oil makes a heavenly pesto. A recipe sheet is supplied with each purchase. See you at the market.

10.01.2022 Hello to all my beautiful, loyal customers who have supported me at the various markets I have attended over the last 11 years. Sadly for all of us it appears these markets will not be happening in the foreseeable future. But do not despair, I will not allow a nasty virus to deprive anyone in the Creswick, Ballarat environs of their favourite immune boosting Garlic. Here is what I am proposing I will make a once a week delivery, to the aforementioned areas, of my bestest Garl...ic. The Garlic will be in lots of 1/2 kg ($25) or 1 kg ($40). I have around 7 different varieties some have a shelf life until June, some until September and some all the way until December. Each order will be a mixture of these packaged separately (in reusable paper bags, no plastic) clearly marked which ones to use first then next etc. All you have to do is send me a message here with your address or txt or ring me on 0412021775. I work on a trust system that I have always used that has never let me down. I will deposit the order on the allotted day on your doorstep and run away, you wont even see me. Attached to your order will be an invoice with my bank details on it so you can deposit money into my account at your leisure. If you are not comfortable with this you can leave an envelope somewhere with cash in it. Unfortunately I must attach an extra $2 cost per order to cover my petrol.
