25.01.2022 Manufacture and replace sill, inner reinforcement and lower wheel arch on HQ

25.01.2022 HQ bits. All prepped, rust treated, straightened or repaired,etch primed and ready to paint.

24.01.2022 One side of the kombie roof done with all the reinforcing inside finished

23.01.2022 VW Beetle. All guards and engine cover ready for last block before paint. Bonnet ready for paint. Doors fitted and gapped. Body and doors ready for spot prime, block and prep for paint.

23.01.2022 VW beetle. Rear guard done. Engine bay and front "boot" in epoxy. Dash, underdash and all inner seams in epoxy and 2k primer. Car ready for blocking.

22.01.2022 Some fun work on Saturday. Remove and stack bits from hot rod. Remove engine and gearbox. Brace chassis and cut out rusty piece. Fabricate,and weld in piece, remove bracing.

22.01.2022 So, the past couple of weeks have been busy. Stephen went up to BMW and brought a hole for the roof of the kombie. After measuring and cutting he had it ready for the next step

20.01.2022 The beetles face didn't quite sit right so a bit of cut and realign surgery was needed . Little bit more refining to do but nearly right.

17.01.2022 Bit of a happy chappy to get this running again. The squeak in the background is the paint machine. He was worried the exhaust would be to loud, think it's to quiet. The fan is louder

14.01.2022 Inner and outer skirt sections, inner wheel well, outer sill and lower outer sill all fabricated, fitted and gapped on HQ

14.01.2022 Bit late posting, sorry. HQ. Inner b pillar and seatbelt strap removed to access rust underneath. Door shut rust inners and outer. Replace plennum sections under dash. Cut off scuttle Replace rusted inners, fabricate outer section, weld in. Replace 2 small sections at front of scuttle.

11.01.2022 Fabricating floor section for this Xm falcon. And brakes on the cm wagon this week.

11.01.2022 Work on the HQ this week. Make and replace inner lower sill and bottom inner A pillar. Make inner rear reinforcement and the rust behind it.

10.01.2022 More on the HQ. Getting it into primer and repairing the original speaker holes in the parcel shelf. Plus a little bit of a repair piece for the drip rail

10.01.2022 Ap6 ute. Custom radiator shroud and an additional hidden temp gauge.

09.01.2022 Last week on the kombie. Front bumber end irons, some more rust repairs and door alignment

08.01.2022 Beetle. Some rust cut out, repairs done, roof and body in primer and one rear guard primed. 1 rear guard and inside repairs next to be done.

07.01.2022 Part 2. Making and fitting reinforcing frame work and putting the sunroof in. Now there is only the roof to weld down and shaping to do, easy if you say it quickly

06.01.2022 Picked up the HQ from the blaster this week. Juan at Ecoblast dustless blasting in Ryanston did a fantastic job. A bit more rust was uncovered and some more substandard repairs were found under a lot of filler. #ecoblast
