12.01.2022 Thank you Vicki for sharing your story and we are looking forward to helping you on the rest of your journey Vickis Story I have been on many weight loss programmes throughout my life.... I was fed up. I kept gaining weight. Then I saw Slim Living. I thought it over for ages. In February 2019 I too decided to take the plunge and make this my last shot at not only losing weight but becoming healthier. I contacted my mentor Clinton (Slim Living Team Olsson) and on the 1st February my journey began. Few weeks into the programme I was so happy. I could see and feel results and by the end of my first 30 days I had dropped 10 kgs. I decided to continue as I started this journey at 101 kgs. The following 2nd and 3rd rounds I was so happy. I lost a total of 20 kgs. I now weigh 80 kgs. So many people complimented me. Some asking if I was sick. My reply to that was no Im just eating healthy. I sustained this for a while but it wasnt long and I started to revert back to my old ways. Slowly I began to eat more and more. Choosing all the high sugar high fat foods. When I realised what was happening I had gained half my weight back. I tried really hard to get back on the programme but I couldnt stick to it. I kept falling off the wagon. Any way another few months passed and I was so miserable. I had gained all that I lost plus and extra 6 kgs. Yes now I weigh 107 kgs. The more this depressed me the more I ate. Well on July 1st 2020 I got my shit together and have started the programme again. I have made a promise to myself and to my mentor Clinton Olsson that this time I will lose it and keep it off. I owe it to him and myself. I am worth it. So are you so I guess Im saying to all who read this. NEVER GIVE UP no matter how many times you fall off that wagon. No matter how many tears you have cried. No matter how many times you get angry with yourself. Just keep going. I am. Stay tuned for my final weigh in in 3 months. 11.01.2022 So I was scrolling and saw someone asking for ways to have extra income for their household. There were a few people commenting make this, bake that, etc and a few suggesting different MLM companies. One lady said oh look here come the MLM folks with a shark gif posted with it. I know these companies (as a whole) got a bad rap when Tupperware Tammy was messaging you none stop about her products, or Norwex Nancy was adding you to parties that you didnt want to be added to. ...Mary Kay Mandy and Senegence Sally were posting non stop about why they had the best products. Avon Alice and Scentsy Susan are always showing up in your feed, and you roll your eyes scrolling on. Let me ask this, have you blocked the Walmart ads? Bath and Body Works? Sephora? Chevrolet? Ford? Montanas? McDonalds? with the same disgust you have for your fellow neighbours who is trying to find a way to be a parent and a monetary contributor to their house hold? When someone suggests a new hair care or house hold item you can pick up at a chain store do you think to yourself oh, theres pushy Pat trying to get me to buy something else? Im not asking you to support everyone in your friends list by purchasing something. Im just asking you to have an open mind about why they began that journey and be open minded to what they are trying to accomplish for themselves and their families Borrowed from a friend

01.01.2022 This is my story So my super amazing wife Linda started talking about this gut health and weight loss program around the beginning of 2018. She had been reading up about it and thought that it might help her with a few conditions she was suffering from. Being the supportive hubby I said you have nothing to lose and so many potential benefits. After Linda had been on the program for a little while and seeing the amazing transformation I thought I should give this a go ... Well I started the program and omg Im so glad I did. Being a guy I wasnt sure how it would go as I was mainly after the gut health benefits.
