16.01.2022 Dear friends of Slowdown, Thank you so much to everyone for your inquiries and questions about Slowdown, we are so honoured that you consider it when making your annual dance plans! :) After an amazing year in 2018 (our biggest yet!) we have decided to take a little rest and have a year off in 2019. ... We are excited about taking some time to focus on family and other projects and come back rejuvenated and full of inspiration in 2020. Thanks again for all your support and enthusiasm. Also in the nations capital, introducing: Happy Feet Canberra - a workshop weekend 25-27 October 2019, teachers to be announced shortly. 04.01.2022 To our dear Slowdown friends and fans, while we have been holding out hope for so long that travel and partner dancing would be possible around the country in time for this beloved event to run, it seems Sammy the Snail is taking a REALLY LONG TIME to get to Canberra!! So we have made the wise call to postpone to 2021. We CANNOT WAIT to see you and dance with all next year (fingers crossed)! Please help spread the word and diarise to join us for what will be a truly memorable and fun weekend of dancing, parties and catch ups!
