Kate Khoury and Gaynor Sims will take you on this trail to taste the regional characteristics of three white and three red wine varieties. You will learn to describe wine using the Aroma Wheel so as to sound like a professional. Or to bluff your friends! A tasting plate will accompany each set of wines. You will learn a great party trick, one to impress at your next Dinner Gathering the Len Evans’ Option Game. Numbers will be strictly limited due to Covid regulations. All precautions will be in place. Participants will be socially distanced throughout the event.
