24.01.2022 Love what this lady brings to every pilates session always putting a smile on everyone’s face and making us all laugh but really what is going on here? One women’s sexy sock and I do believe it was a males sock the other????? Another fabulous week this week at the SMART Pilates studio never a dull moment ha ha.

07.01.2022 Now this is why I love my job....... A big thank you to Belinda at SMART Pilates for helping us with this transformation. We started twice weekly Pilates in mid March 2020 to help us with core strength ( after 3 babies for mum and a spinal fusion for dad), weight loss and to improve mental health. Belinda was very understanding of our circumstances ( breastfed baby in a pram and an assistance dog) and we always feel so welcome in the studio. We had never done reformer Pilate...s before, but with Bel’s easy going teaching style, we felt confident on them in no time. She is very knowledgeable about the body and every muscle, so we always feel safe when working out and alters the workout to help stretch any tight/ sore spots. We have noticed a big change in our core strength, fitness and weight in just a few short months and they really show in this side by side ( March v August) . The workouts are challenging but we always have a great time and leave smiling. We are so thankful to have met Bel and experienced SMART Pilates. See more
