21.01.2022 Noodles in a jar - I have been meaning to try this for a while. Add your favourite flavours to the bottom of the jar (soy, chilli, miso), pop the noodles in and your veg on top. I used rice noodles, dried mushrooms, edamame beans, carrot, baby corn and bean sprouts. When your ready to eat just fill up with boiling water and leave to sit for 2 mins before eating
