19.01.2022 ABS data released today confirms Tasmania is the strongest state in the nation for the annual growth of dwelling approvals, with more than $1.7 billion approved... across the year - over 11% higher than the previous year. This data release follows the recently published HIA Housing Scorecard, confirming Tasmania has seen the biggest improvement in the nation in terms of building conditions, sitting just second to Victoria in favourable residential building conditions. This demonstrates the Government’s policies encouraging more Tasmanians to build a home are working. We will continue to put in place the right conditions to support the sector and ensure these great outcomes continue well into the future.

13.01.2022 Here is some progress of our job at Riverside, we have used Silvertop ash as a feature along side the colourbond kliptray cladding. These two products match well together, the colourbond is a great choice for cladding as it has zero maintenance. The silvertop ash gives great contrast and has minimal maintenance.

09.01.2022 It's been a busy week doing the framework at Casuarina drive. We have used mgp12 pine studs for added strength to the frame, as well as varying height walls to create a different feel throughout the house. We hope everyone has a safe and happy Easter.
