The surgery is located at the cnr of Justin St and The Horsley Drive. Bus routes: 812, 813 & 814 (phone: 131 500). We are conscious of children and elderly patients needs, with wheelchair access and chemist close by. All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential. Urgent calls will be put straight through. FEES All patients covered under medicare are bulk billed. Anyone not covered under medicare (foreigh visitors etc) are charged $40 per visit. All Workers Compensation, Third Party and Insurance medical consultations will be billed to the insurance company/employer. RECALLS & REMINDERS All patients are enlisted as standard for Recall & Reminders for health prevention and abnormal results. If you do not want to be on the system speak to Jenny or Emma
