They smashed the overhead squats We finished the session with a pretty tough circuit of wall balls, push ups and sit ups.... These sessions are always fun and always challenging. As a coach I find myself learning and figuring things out more than ever during our kids sessions. I dig it 4pm Mon and Wed. 7-12yo, $15.

My first and last will be a touch longer to make up the full 26.2 miles (42.2kms) marathon length.... 01.01.2022 A quick little trick tip for the ole Lat Pulldown. Notice the first little movement I do where I depress my shoulder blades, this is how we should attempt to start our pulldown. Do a couple of reps of just depression to get the hang of it then add the pull, as you get used to it it will become a smoother movement. This will help improve pulling strength and shoulder function
