22.01.2022 A dish from the Heartland. Jake’s smoked pulled pickled pig’s feet. Pig’s feet are dry rubbed, smoked for 6-8 h, then braised overnight in our pickling liquid until falling apart. The remaining liquid is further reduced and served as a jus. The result? A taste sensation, and melt in your mouth experience of sweet, sour, savoury and smokey.
