08.01.2022 Hi, everyone In light of the unforeseen circumstances. we are experiencing a much lower-than-usual sales at this time. However, our top priority is to maintain the employment of our all 18 employees. It is better for us and our staff to keep our restaurant open for productive hours rather than whole day . Therefore we all reducing our trading hours to evening only from next week Monday. We will be open from 4:30pm to 9:00pm. ... However, our Kebab shop will stay open as usual. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this will cause. This changes are temporary until everything gets normal. 06.01.2022 Little not to our delivery customers Our delivery time is little more than others and we are trying to reduce that but please do not compare us with the fast-food giants. Our way of operating is different than them. Our burgers are cooked to order, not cooked to serve quicker. ... Each patty takes over 6 minutes to cook and ribs take over 12 minutes. So each order takes time. It’s not difficult for us to precook patties and leaving in the heating cabinet and make ordering quicker like others. But that’s not us, we don't do that nor we want to do in the future. We want to stick to cooking fresh. If you are dining at the restaurant you would see it yourself. We start cooking your burger patties when we actually look at the receipt, not when you place an order. During busy times we have over 10 receipts and the same amount of order over the screen. So sometimes we don’t even see your order for 20 minutes. Especially on Friday Saturday nights, we don’t even get a chance to look at the receipts for 30 minutes. After that, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to make and pack the order and then 10 to 15 minutes to deliver the order. So please have patience and stop abusing our staff member for late deliveries. They try their best to deliver your food on time. As we have an open kitchen, If you come to the shop and have a look, you will realize how much stress they go thru. End of the day, lots of them are teenagers who are working and giving up their fun times to support their education. Abusing them and calling every 10 minutes to check the delivery status doesn’t help. We are employing a lot more staff and delivery drivers to improve this side of our operation. We are working to find a solution to this problem. We request you to give us a time and have a faith in us. We are still a small business that learns from mistakes. We still have a lot to learn. So, If we make a mistake let us know and let us fix it. If you are not happy with the food we would be happy to refund or replace it. Thank you
