So just in case you have a phone call or text or email or mail, claimed to be from ATO, either demand you to pay or offer a refund, it's a scam. As you have a tax agent, the ATO will contact us, not you. If we don't know about it first, it's fake. If you're threatened with arrest warrant or legal action, it is definitely fake.
