14.01.2022 Due to the latest NSW government restrictions for Covid-19, our gym will be unable to trade 24/7 as of Friday 31st July at 6pm. No other restrictions have been brought in for now and we are hoping to be back to normal as soon as we can. We have done our best to staff as many hours per week as we can to allow as much opportunity as we can. We thank all our members for your support during this time and hope that you can adjust your training needs within these times. Our new tra...ding and staffed hours will be; Monday Thursday 4:00am 8:00pm Friday 4:00am 6:00pm Saturday 6:00am 12:00pm Sunday 8:00am 12:00pm Group Fitness classes and creche will still be available however creche hours have been adjusted slightly. This is available Mon - Thurs 9am - 12pm. As always, regular cleaning by staff and professional cleans will continue so that we can ensure a safe environment for our members and staff. Stay safe
