25.01.2022 Slight update for the creche times with school holidays beginning next week Also the Creche will be closed during the following days during the Festive Period: 22nd Dec - 3rd Jan... We're going to be having a Santa & Reindeer colouring in contest, with prizes for the best ones, so make sure the kids have their creative shoes on when they come in!

18.01.2022 Our updated timetable for December! We've changed a few times, and added a couple classes, to meet demand, Our timetable is constantly evolving as we try different classes and times out to see what works and doesn't. It's a testament to our awesome trainers on how popular our classes are! You may not like them during the class but I'm sure you all appreciate the time and effort they put in to make your workout as effective as it is ... In good news, COVID restrictions have eased slightly which means a small increase in group numbers . Not only that, but a big thanks to everyone keeping their bookings updated through the Mindbody app. The number of 'No-Shows' was greatly reduced during November which means more people have been able to attend. Let's keep remembering to cancel any classes you cannot attend Please keep booking via the Mindbody app! Remember, classes are only available to book 14 days in advance. Don't let the waitlist ever deter you, as most likely you'll get into the class. For example, last week only 2 out of 22 classes were at full capacity. The key is to keep checking the app to check to see if you've been added. We're still working on a better booking system which should be released early 2021 Christmas / New Years Eve period of 21st December - 3rd January: We will have reduced classes / creche during this period so keep an eye on Mindbody & Facebook for notices. Our trainers need a much-deserved break and want some turkey & pudding! Plus who wants to do a Commando class on Christmas Eve If you have ANY issues with booking in classes, please come speak to us in club, call on 0426 776 454, or send us a DM on facebook! * The 6:30am Super Circuit class will still be running next week (2nd December) for those already booked in!
