17.01.2022 After a couple weeks off training i was so pumped this morning to get back into it... first session done, full body 5x5 work out Dead lift Military press Pull up... Incline press Squats First set warm up of light weight 20 reps, then 5x5 . Absolute killer but loving it. Did you train today, give this workout a go.

06.01.2022 Another killer session, give this a go... Superset. -Leg extensions 4x20,15,10,5 -Leg curls 4x20,15,10,5... (Increase weight each set) -DB split squats 3x10ea DCFSBS 3X10 -Dead lift -Clean -Front squat -Shoulder press -Back squat -Shoulder press (The way this exercise works is that you will do each exercise 1 after the other as 1 whole rep) BB sumo deas lift 5x5 (Heavy weight 2.2.2 tempo)
