22.01.2022 AMEN. Its been a big week at the office, with more stresses than normal. So the Clinkers and Tim Tams have been doing the rounds. I needed to hit the track this arvo not because of what Id eaten but because my body needed the stretch and push and endorphin rush and my mind needed the release. And guess what?
