For many in our community, the job losses and business closure as a result of the Government’s pandemic has or will cause significant financial hardship. Whilst the health and well-being of our clients and staff is at the forefront of our minds, we also understand that at this time you may need to talk to a lawyer about what options you may have.... If you have lost your job or you have had to or need to lay off staff and want to discuss your options with a lawyer, please give us a call. As an employee you have 21 days from the time of your dismissal to lodge a claim with the Fair Work Commission (a good resource is https://www.fwc.gov.au/).
