16.01.2022 We had a customer wanting to know if their solar panel system was working correctly on a house they had recently purchased in Pimpama. Unfortunately we found 5 or their 24 panels were shattered - more than likely due to the Gumtree’s. This system had never been maintained, with a large amount to leaf build up under the panels, lichen growing over the panels, huge shade issues and not to mention the thick eucalyptus oil / grease coating the panels. ... 02.01.2022 Even quality panels can have issues. Our customer last week in Coombabah on the Gold Coast had no idea that her Tier 1 Jinko panels were failing well within their warranty period. Lucky for her, we don’t just clean panels. We picked up this issue when we were conducting our FREE 12 point inspection. We also detailed the issue in a written report.
