16.05.2022 Triathlon 2022 Soldiers Point Lions had a very busy fun day at this event and raised funds for our local community

14.05.2022 Soldiers Point Lions Club will be helping out with our BBQ for the Triathalon at One Mile on Saturday 7th May. If you are out and about we will be setup in Hannah Pde near the Caravan Park so please come along and enjoy a delicious bacon & egg roll or a sausage sandwich. Event is on from 7am to 2pm

08.05.2022 Soldiers Point Lions Club will be at Bunnings on Easter Monday 9-4pm so please come along and enjoy a sausage sizzle as we would be delighted to see you. Hope you all have a lovely Easter with your families.

02.05.2022 Harding Miller Scholarship Soldiers Point Lions Club is the funding source for this scholarship for Ebony. Ebony was selected from Tomaree High School as the participant and we will support her through the Harding Miller Foundation over the next 4 years to assist her to fulfil her dreams. Tomaree High School principal supported Ebony’s application and commended Ebony's excellent academic achievement and leadership skills. Ebony has shown herself to be a hardworking student ...who commits herself with diligence and effort in all her studies. At Tomaree High School Ebony has remained in the top classes for Maths and Science and was accepted into the Academic Extension class. Ebony would like to attend University and has interests in fashion design, interior design, business and teaching. Ebony wrote in her application that she has been in foster care since she was 5 years old. I lived in Newcastle for 5 years before being moved again in Year 5 to Corlette where I attended Tomaree Primary School. This was a difficult time but I have grown to love it See more

23.04.2022 Soldiers Point Lions Club recently donated $1000 towards the Queensland/NSW Flood Appeal through the Australian Lions Foundation. We are aware that many good people in our community wish to donate to assist with the flood disaster and we understand they are in need of cash. If you wish to donate you can do this through Soldiers Point Lions account and we will transfer all donations to the Flood Appeal. You can be confident in knowing that every cent donated will be given directly to those in need as there are NO hidden fees. If you PM us we can send you our banking details and provide a receipt if required.

03.04.2022 Soldiers Point Lions would like to thank Soldiers Point Bowling Club for assisting to make our District Govenor's visit such a success. The food was amazing as was the friendly service and the little touches added to the room made it so inviting. Thank you so much for all you did for our Lions Club.
