Available for new home builds valued at $750,000 or under. Also available for renovations $150,000 and over, on property valued at under $1.5M Income test: singles earning under $125,000 pa, and couples under $200,000 pa Cannot be used on investments Renovation grant cannot be used for things outside the home pools tennis courts etc Available on contracts signed between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020 First home buyers can now access the $25,000 HomeBuyers grant and the $10,000 ($20,000 regionally) Vic first homeowners grant on the new property, as well as the First Home Low Deposit Scheme FHLDS (more being released 1 July 2020). meaning if you are a first home buyer now may be the time for that first purchase :)
