See reasons why below: Ceremony welcome sign ~ if you are on a big winding property or a park this helps your guests to know they are in the right place. ... Bar sign ~ this allows for a streamline and quick service and avoids bottlenecks at the bar especially if there is no table service. Reception seating plan ~ for larger sit down weddings this is a must. It directs your guest directly to their seat and assists your caterer with any dietaries. DON’T forget the place cards too! Food menu ~ I don’t know about you but I ALWAYS look to see what tasty items are on the menu! Not completely necessary but most people expect it so why not give the people what they want! Solstice
