23.01.2022 Theres a small ritual that takes place before you come in for a treatment at SomaBody Therapies. The room is firstly cleansed with Santo Paulo, the room is set to a crisp 27 degrees. The crystals are placed underneath the massage table to help you stay calm, relaxed and centred. All the essential oils are set ready to be used and the candles are lit whom are supplied by my good friend Archie. 22.01.2022 Today I caught up with a big hearted friend Susan Hernandez from high school in which we hadnt seen each other for 15 years. Instantly when we saw each other there was that awesome friendship bond we remembered from high school. One of my biggest values is making time for your friends especially the ones that give their heart and soul. Whos your big hearted friend??
