21.01.2022 HYDROTHERAPY IS BACK! Dear Clients Hydrotherapy is coming back at long last! I have missed you all!... There have been some changes: Days are still Tuesday and Thursday, but the times have been allocated to us by Core24 so have changed to a 1:30 pm or a 2:30 pm time slot. Basically, it is come to the pool, do your exercise program and leave. There are NO changing facilities, so you need to come ready in your bathers then dry quickly and go home to shower We will need to keep the social distancing of 1.5 m between every client whilst in and out of the pool Booking is still through Somerville Physiotherapy so please ring and secure a spot, numbers will be limited. Looking forward to seeing you all Fiona

15.01.2022 At Somerville Physiotherapy, we are still open. Under STAGE 4 restrictions however, we cannot treat all patients in our standard face to face way. We can only treat those with more pressing/ significant needs. Please see the following Client Information letter outlining who can be seen face to face. ... It is not completely Black and White on who can be seen and individual circumstances will vary. If there is any doubt about your ability to receive treatment please call the Clinic and Jimmy or myself will speak with you/return your call as soon as practicable. Cameron Dunkerley Dear Clients, We cannot operate business as usual and routine treatment is not permitted. Our face-to-face care of patients must only occur if the absence or delay of such care would result in a significant change or deterioration in the patients functional independence that would necessitate an escalation of care. This directive is from the DHHS: to provide services that prevent a significant change/deterioration in functional independence necessitating escalation of care (e.g. a requirement for specialist input/review, an increase in care needs and/or alternate accommodation, avoiding a hospital admission or emergency department presentation). If you have any doubt whether you qualify for a face- to face appointment, please ring the clinic on 59777577 and discuss your individual circumstances with one of our Physiotherapists. Consultations can also be carried out via Telehealth over the phone or internet with your Physiotherapist
