Collecting good content as a catering team has been tricky to say the least. Being seen with your phone hovering over a cheese and charcuterie table or panning from our food van over the glorious glasshouse mountains has become somewhat normal. But getting proper content is quite tricky. Begging your bride and groom to have access to their photos. Bribing professional photographers weekly with food whilst slipping them a business card. 01.01.2022 A R E W E S A F E ? Very. A huge thank you to our team for their ability to adapt all new working environments. First of all to Sam, Brent & Lauren for the countless hours back of house communicating with local, state and federal government regarding COVID, and the restrictions it has posed. ... We often work efficiently locking in almost all the details for all events 3-6 months in advance. And due to COVID we all know that’s not entirely achievable. It’s forced us to adapt and overcome the hurdles quite quickly. Thank you to our chefs and front of house teams. Always bringing a positive attitude which translates to our product. Thank you to our clients for your ongoing flexibility. It can’t be easy chopping and changing details for weddings and events alike. Soon we say goodbye to maybe the most difficult year we have ever faced and hello to a jam packed 2021. But, for now we have almost 50 more events to finish before the end of the year!
