23.01.2022 What are you dreaming of right now? I’m laying on a rug soaking up the sun on this winter afternoon. The days are short and it won’t be long till the warmth of the sun will have dipped below the horizon leaving behind the crisp winter evening. I’m trying to be patient and enjoy the cooler days but my heart belongs with the hot summer sun. The long evenings spent mostly outdoors watching the kids play. 05.01.2022 What's your favourite way to warm up in the middle of winter? I just can't get warm today. I'm rugged up in my trackies, ugg boots, big woolie jumber, had my warm cup of chai tea and within no time my hands and feet are cold again. This is the main reason why I'm not a fan of winter. 02.01.2022 Have you ever dabbled in calligraphy? I've always had a 'thing' for calligraphy. Ever since my mum bought me one of those cartridge filled calligraphy pens as a child. I used to spend hours practising my letters, I was so into it. In fact I think that gift she gave me was the one thing that sculpted my hand writing and turned it from boring block letters to a rythmic cursive. I was so desperate to recreate that old world romantic look, way before it was trendy. I love that there are so many people now perfecting the craft and it is not going to become something that is lost forever.
