21.01.2022 Woo Hoo! Adelaide Family! Just 3 more sleeps until our Concert this Friday with Jai-Jagdeesh, and its looking like we will book out before then, so jump in and book if you want to join us! Our Saturday morning workshop has doors opening at 10am - we have just THREE places left for the lucky last who are ready to book and we will reach our capacity of 90 people. This workshop is being held in the church with the same concert sound as the night before, with Adelaides o...wn Michelle Byrne on percussion and David Stellner (Austria) on guitar accompaying Jai-Jagdeesh. This will be POWERFUL high vibe experience and we are super excited for our biggest workshop yet!!! WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION Imagine this: A world wherein conflicts are addressed with conscious communication; harsh family dynamics are softened because someone in the group is able to hold space for healing; you and I are not incapacitated by challenge & change, but instead motivated by it - to find solutions that will bring us closer to that shimmering grace of a life lived in full presence. This is the Way of Love. With a strong nervous system (made possible by Kundalini Yoga), a neutral mind (made possible by meditation), an open heart (easily achieved with chanting!), and an attitude of gratitude (which well practice together), we are able to walk this path. Lets get uplifted so we can uplift! Seating is open. All levels of practice are welcome. Please bring a mat, any bolster or cushion you wish to have, water, paper & pen/pencil, and a piece of your favorite easy-to-eat fruit.
