This project was such a labour of love for our team and we are truly grateful for how we have been welcomed in Canberra and to our wonderful staff that keep the beautiful bread, pastry and coffee coming out each day and who serve our customers daily. To mark the occasion our head pastry chef Matteo will be baking a special pastry each day throughout the next week starting Monday. They will be available in limited numbers until sold out(please come early). 16.01.2022 Dear customers, Sonoma Braddon is open and will continue to serve the ACT community whilst it is safe to do so. With the outbreak of COVID -19 we are following the advice of the relevant government authorities. As a food business we take hygiene extremely seriously every day. Hand washing and sanitation are an important part of our day to day operation. To ensure the safety of our staff and customers we have implemented extra cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day in ou...r stores. We ask that any customers feeling unwell avoid visiting our store to protect our staff and the local community. We have decided that we will not be accepting reusable cups in stores until further notice. Reusable cups can be a source of cross contamination not only to staff but also equipment used to prepare beverages. All takeaway coffee will be served in single use paper cups. Dine in beverages will at this stage continue to be served in our glassware which is sanitized after every use. We apologise for inconvenience this may cause but greatly appreciate your cooperation. We are planning some minor changes to our menu to simplify our service, please bear with us over the next few days as we make these changes. We will not be providing carafes of table water so please bring your own bottled water or you can purchase bottled water in store. We are baking extra bread and pastry to accommodate the needs of the public and will continue to supply local cafes and grocery stores during this time. We stand united with the rest of the country to strengthen our community and look forward to this pandemic ending and business returning to normal as soon as possible.
