17.05.2022 On Point Cherry Porter Specialty Range A black coloured beer that shows a hint of dark red when held up to the light, the addition of cherries during ferment...ation gives a light pink tinge to the strong lacing head. Roast coffee and rock melon notes are instantly present in the nose upon pouring the beer, notes of sour cherries become more prevalent as the beer warms. Upon tasting the beer is full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel, and a warming sensation that builds slowly. Sweet crystal malts and caramel notes are encountered first, giving way to sour cherries with tones of rum and raisins. Cheers again to Sonsie Studios for the artwork!
