07.01.2022 So what else is there to do in the middle of a pandemic but to try something new! I've joined Flavourista in the hope that I will be encouraged to cook/bake with their range of spices, oils and powders.
07.01.2022 Here comes the good recipes.... everyone loves a cob loaf.... Cob, Sour Cream Cream Cheese... Roasted Garlic Smash olive oil (flavourista) Chive and Onion Spice blend (flavourista) Shredded Cheese Bacon Shallots splash some of the RG Olive oil in a fry pan, add a large tablespoon of the chive and onion spice mix, give a stir. Add Bacon and Shallots, fry off a few minutes add Sour Cream and Cream Cheese, stir until no lumps and smooth, add handful of shredded cheese and stir until cheese melts through. Cut top off cobb, pull out all bread from inside, place all on oven tray and put in hot oven for a few minutes til lightly toasted... take from oven, add cheesy mixture, and place back in oven for another few minutes. Serve whilst hot to your guests.... soooo good.
