21.01.2022 How too make home made Dishwashing Tablets! Homemade dishwashing tablets aren’t only ridiculously easy to make, it’s also frugal! When making your own, you can also add essential oils of your choice. Citrus oils work amazingly well, leaving your dishes smelling fresh as a daisy, and not of chemicals.... What you need! A silicon ice cube tray 2 cups washing soda 2 cups borax 1/2 cup coarse salt 1/2 cup vinegar 20 drops essential oils of choice (lemon, lavender, peppermint, orange, vanilla) Directions: Add washing soda, borax and salt together in a mixing bowl, mixing together well and ensuring there are no lumps. Add Vinegar and essential oils and mix until combined. Using a teaspoon heap into silicon ice cube tray and smooth over the top. Place on bench until tablets are dried out. Pop out each tablet and store in an airtight container.

04.01.2022 Homemade Dryer Sheets Cut some cotton cloth into small squares. I use 5-inch squares of old cotton t-shirts. Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to your cloth and throw into the dryer with your laundry. You can use these cotton dryer sheets for 2 or 3 loads, each time adding 3 more drops of your favorite essential oil. Wash the cloth after a few uses and experiment with a new fragrance. Some of my personal favorites are lavender, lemon, or grapefruit.
