24.01.2022 Before and afters of a deceased estate- property had been left vacant for over 2 years with food still in the kitchen and clothes in the laudry. No budget for cosmetic or renovation changes, so purely a clean and neat and tidy presentation was the goal.

12.01.2022 Property vacant for three years prior to us commencing work. Inside and outside to be cleared, personal items itemised, labelled and stored. Property cleaned up and made ready for maximum rental return, with budget and finishes for a rental investment. I have only placed pictures of the garden on our site due to the condition of the internals and privacy. They have since found a new amazing home which they love just as much as the old, and it was a pleasure being able to go on this journey with them.
