19.01.2022 Congratulations to Pavinyasre, our MJR award recipient for the second half of Term 3! The Make Jesus Real program is a whole-school Gospel values education resource. This program aims for our students to become aware of what we call Living Jesus values and attitudes, and to be encouraged to live them out on a daily basis. The text from Pavinyasre award is included below. Well done Pavinyasre! - - - - The Making Jesus Real award is presented to Pavinyasre. Pavinyas...re uses the Spirit of Jesus daily in her generous disposition towards her peers and teachers. She is a giver not a taker, as she constantly thinks what can I do for you? Pavinyasres helpfulness mimics her meticulous attitude in all that she undertakes. She sees the greatness in others, relishing in her peers successes with encouraging words. Pavinyasre is a WEST leader, she greets, treats and speaks to everyone she encounters with respect and kindness. Her welcoming smile warming the heart of all she interacts with. Pavinyasre takes pride in following in Jesus footsteps; by practicing maturity, reliability and excellent leadership skills, by showing others what it means to be a shepherd not a sheep, in the day to day proceedings of her school life. The OSHC is also available on Pupil Free Days and for Vacation Care (school holidays). Families may be eligible for the Child Care Subsidy.
