10.01.2022 GRATITUDE What are you grateful for today? This year I chose to set intentions instead of resolutions. Intentions take human nature into account and allow us to hold space for our mistakes while showing us the way forward regardless of how many times we fall down. They allow us to be mindful of our potential without demanding perfection. They remind us of the kind of person we want to be and the kind of life we want to live. This year I chose one word that would centre ...the other three intentions I'd set. This word is GRATITUDE. Today Im grateful for the honesty, messages, likes, and dialogue of everyone who continually supports my work and for those who have shared their story and been on this journey with me for a while. I see you and acknowledge that you are here. 2020 has so far been a bumpy and uncomfortable ride for many of us in the arts/creative spaces and I'm very grateful I'm not alone and that Im surrounded by an inspiring circle - thank you so so much. 06.01.2022 TOMORROW'S STORIES "We fell asleep in one world, and woke up in another. Suddenly Disney is out of magic, Paris is no longer romantic, New York doesn't stand up anymore, and Mecca is empty. Hugs & kisses have become weapons. Not visiting parents & friends have become an act of love.... Suddenly you realise that power and money are worthless, and can't get you the oxygen you're fighting for. The world continues its life, and it is beautiful. I think the world is sending us a message: "The air, earth, water and sky without you are fine. When you come back, remember that you are my guests.
