21.01.2022 I have heard and experienced many painful Judgements from others, which have been be devastating. And mostly creates further isolation as an inability to reach it may isolate others more so when in desperate need in a terribly confused state. If you, as I, have been guilty of passing judgement, out of ignorance or frustration of, of not knowing what to do, the article is very helpful for your insight.... Should you need immediate support around this topic, pls phone 1800 737 732 for 24 hr hr support, or Judith from 9,am tomorrow on-0408553391 https://www.sbs.com.au//why-trauma-bonding-makes-it-hard-l

19.01.2022 If you are in a position of being force to reevaluate your employment, you may be navigating some challenging emotions, of despair, you are not alone -With almost 600,000 Australians out of work, and another six million receiving JobKeeper, the fact that so many Australians are feeling vulnerable about their current career, won't come as a surprise to some. However I would like you to borrow " my hope," for the your possibility of cultivating a new belief system, amongst al...l the noise and fears and anxiety. To contemplate being in a state of gratitude, that we have job keeper to assist whilst we take time out ! to dream, reflect about - What puts a smile on your face ? what have you always longed to do ? that you haven't had the time or the space to contemplate ? Should you like some assistance with these questions, give Judith a call on 0408553391

18.01.2022 So in affect, what I understand this article is saying is - very much in line with Dr Gabor Mate speaks about, with your own experience of :- when someone looks at you with angry eyes and tone you may well be triggered by a body memory which then reacts in turn of freeze or adrenal activation of fight or flee response / fear. Thus the importance recognition of necessary communication from a centered, non reactive response. Responding in a loving kind way, is teaching/ experi...encing emotional safety. This is required for / to counter anxiety the adrenal response. However very difficult when we have our own trauma, which needs to be explored in therapy within the arena of emotional safety. A space of non nonjudgmental response is required for healing, a space of compassion and empathy. For new neural pathways in the brain and healthy and helpful body memories, can be created with support for your recovery of inter-generational trauma. See more

14.01.2022 Choices! In all that we do ! Are you going to make a choice according to your values? Are you going to make a choice according to the risk? ... Are you going to make the choice based on your vision how to go forward ? Are you going to make a decision based on trust in your own ability ? And your precious achievements

13.01.2022 What I have noticed repetitively, Is that individuals find it very challenging, as how to communicate with their intimate partner in a way that is letting the other know what is going on for them. In other words one can find oneself feeling alone, lonely , even though you are in a relationship. You end up feeling disconnected from your partner. What you may be missing is an essential " glue " which is emotional intimacy, which then helps create physical and sexual intimacy. So why is there a disconnect ? it may stem from not feeling emotionally safe ! being in judgement of ourselfs " our inner critic" or being criticised by our partner = not having emotional safety to share thoughts and feelings ! If you identify with this, and would like some assistance , give Judith a call on 0408553391
