15.01.2022 Lower Dantian, pelvis-feet, sacral & root series cont. In heaven, Jing is the milky way. It is the light of the sun, moon, and the stars. It is the rain and dew, sleet and hail, snow and frost. On earth, it is water, streams, rivers, oceans, springs, wells, ponds, and marshes. In people, it is Jing, the root of essence and life. The body of blood and flesh. Ancestor Lu (Immortal Taoist) This transmission & upcoming storybook offers you the insight and symbolic representa...tion of our Jing essence - "root of essence and life" and how to nurture our Jing ( foundational energy reserves of the body, held within the Kidneys (adrenals), and determines our vitality). This storybook was taken during my mini personal meditation retreat with @zen_orb. Here in this natural oasis, we switched off from modern living- no pollution, noise, phones or people in sight. The intent was simple "beingness" - the art of mindfulness and true presence, observing and enjoying the awe, beauty, spirit and embodied experience of all aspects of life the sky, stars, waters, fire, air, earth and natures friends. As we all know, we can learn a lot from nature, its impermanence, metamorphosis, sacred reflections. As I observed and placed my feet (kidney 1 acupressure-point) into the river, with my true presence, I noticed the natural flow of life and the one constant that is guaranteed - continual change, constant flow. I meditatively experienced, the water underneath my feet and this moment of contemplation cleanse my entire physical body and upon return to home and modern life, I felt upgraded, rejuvenated and rebalanced. See, what leaks our Jing (life-force) is stress and fear (illusion of weakness) which exhausts our adrenals. The learnings and being at-one-ment with nature brought me to the land of presence (pure divine reality & "the true self"). I have stayed here ever since. It is the Jing essence & roots within me, that had become nourished and revitalised by the external "Jing" of life- water & earth. 14.01.2022 A little reminder for my empath friends who are learning how to master their superpowers in emotional intelligence and intuition. Our power is in our awareness, self care and ability to choose and know that we are not victims of our circumstances. Our power is in the knowing that even in the harshest, most difficult environments, a storm, a desert, a stressful school, office or partnership cannot harm us, unless we allow it to, ie attach to the egoic story of what is happeni...ng in that moment.
