Queensland Update on Restricted Activities Together as industry associations, Massage & Myotherapy Australia, ANTA, ATMS and MA have been working on behalf of our members, asking all state and territory governments to clarify whether remedial massage and myotherapists can continue to practice during Coronavirus restrictions. One by one, governments have come back to us with clarifications on the working status of healthcare services, such as remedial massage..., myotherapy and soft tissue therapy to continue caring for patients. Yesterday, the Queensland Government responded to our member advocacy and clarified that these services may continue to operate. Their updates to the directive can be found here. We are still working together for clarification. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Health services provided by health practitioners registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, with social distancing observed to the extent possible. Example physiotherapists and chiropractors Massage therapy for the management or prevention of a disease, injury or condition, provided by a qualified massage therapist, with social distancing observed to the extent possible.

19.01.2022 PAY IT FORWARD The universe works in the most amazing of ways and will always put you in the path in which you most need to grow and learn from I’ve been planning to do this for a few weeks now however, a phone call I received yesterday has prompted action!... I was going to introduce this by saying how much of an impact 2020 has had on our world, however I think we can all agree this has been a year of incredible change I’m going to start with yesterday mornings phone call this phone call was a lady offering to pay for a treatment on behalf of a client of mine.... it reminded me of just how beautiful and kind people are.... 03.01.2022 We have one appointment left this Saturday at 11am In Cairns before we close for the year and head south on a big adventure over the Christmas break. The massage table will be coming with us and bookings have been made along the way . 02.01.2022 The power of Intention! A truly incredible practice to have! Where intention goes energy flows. Heres a little example of the law of attraction working through intention. So last night I was packing for a work trip and thought to myself gosh I had better have a look at where I will be staying. I jumped on the website and scrolled through the photos.... and saw a room with a spa!!! YES... thats exactly what I could see myself sitting in. ...
