05.01.2022 How do you let go of whats troubling you, do you talk to a friend, go for a walk how, I'd like to know? I seem to let go of a lot of what's bothering me while running. Just this past weekend I found while on the most beautiful trail run tears started flowing, being outside in nature and running helps me.
