25.01.2022 These are troublesome times for sure - personally, professionally, ecologically, & planetary! It’s likely that your being challenged in all manner of ways - leading to emotions of fear, angst, & overwhelm - & perhaps even anger... I know I am These emotions, & the negative emotions of others can really spoil your day! They are like a fine spiders web that can envelop you, & constrain you - constrain your own personal & spiritual growth, as well as your experience of being ...here now. For me, I feel it in the heart centre, so that’s where I went this morning. In meditation, I focused on the ideal of Loving Compassion until I felt my heart respond. This is often helped by contemplation on a loved one, or a teacher... one that represents the ideal, which is actually the basis for loving kindness meditation So, does our heart also contain what have been termed ‘mirror neurons’?? In any event, I focused on a picture I found recently - I mean, look at those eyes!!! Well, actually, you can’t see them - but you can still feel the energy! So, when the energy was there in my heart, I took it to my throat - centre of will & speech. Kind Compassionate Speech And then I took it to my eyes... Kind Compassionate Eyes And focused there, through the vision centre - I encourage you to try it - it was miraculous in regard to how it cut through EVERYTHING The challenge is to stay there as I now go about my day

18.01.2022 Lucid Dreaming: I’ve been reading a little (not a lot) about this of late... does anyone have any experience of Lucid Dreaming? In last nights dreaming I was looking at some incredibly detailed photographs of people from the past (in sepia) - & I thought ‘I have never seen such detailed images in a dream before!’... So, I was aware that I was dreaming... but not to the point that I could control the dream. In another part (& yes, recall is still fragmented somewhat) I was in the distant past & asking after some people, & was told - ‘they are over there on the Living Stone’ - & my first thought was Angelina (my neighbour) calls her business ‘Temple Stone’! So we having Living Stones & Temple Stones, I wonder what other Stones we have? It felt like I was dreaming, but yet, somehow consciously present? Would love to know if anyone else has experienced this? J xx

18.01.2022 Soul-mates are those that you have had many incarnations with - & they are here with you at this time, not as lovers, but as a support. Someone who is here to help you achieve your greatest potential, to learn, to grow at a Soul level through human experience... They may well be your lover, however they could also be your parent, or your son, your daughter, your sister, your brother, your truest friend, or your Soul Guide ... And moving further out from that one, you have a broader Soul Group. 17.01.2022 There's a lot of Goddess energy getting around... what do you think of this? A number of years ago I had a dream (surprise!) A very special dream...... I was standing on a beach looking toward the ocean, and I was talking to a group of people, who all faced me in a semi-circle. The symbolism intrigues me a little as Pythagoras called his first Mystery School the 'Semicircle of Pythagorus'.. So as I looked at the water, an enormous wave rose up and I saw a vision of Mary (Mother Mary) - in the wave. It was a stunning vision...she was beautiful, gentle, smiling, and wearing a blue hood (or scarf) over her head... I've looked for an image, the one below is close... but can find none as beautiful! The people with me had not seen this as they were facing away from the water... and as I looked I saw a lone male figure walking up the beach - so I chased after him! As you would :) And I asked... 'did you see that'!? And he replied simply - 'She's here because of me'... and kept walking... So, as I watched him walk away, I stood there and thought (maybe I yelled, not sure) 'Who are You???' As I watched, he walked to the end of the beach, climbed the headland, and got into a car with a group of people who had been waiting for him - and drove away! 'She's here because of Me' (using capitals to be on the safe side!) What does this mean to you?? I thought at first that it meant perhaps that He was here - or at least on the way! I once read in the Cayce material that Jesus and Mary were twin Souls... even though Cayce didn't really talk of 'twin souls', more 'soul groups' - however he said that Jesus was 'the first Adam' and Mary 'the first Eve' - which means they've been 'sojourning' together for a long time :) Whatever your thoughts around this, I had a different interpretation come to me recently - although really, it incorporates this idea as well... the balance of energies... Whenever the masculine manifests in physical form, it must have the feminine energy to balance it... the Goddess (this can be in any kind or type of relationship) One aspect creates, and the other nurtures - this is how things come into being, take hold, grow, develop and evolve... There needs to be a creative element - and a nurturing element - it is this way throughout the Universe. At this time then, as the Feminine - or the Goddess' energy is rising (as in the wave), she needs to bring the masculine with her... rather than oppose - we need to heal and balance the energies... And understand that its ok to be the creative element, or the nurturing element - choose... but honor and respect the choice as well... These are Universal forces set in motion from the beginning... I would love to hear your ideas on this dream *photo - as close as I could come! I found this photo on pinterest/taken from an Instagram page - so I'm not really sure who to credit, if you find out pls let me know!

16.01.2022 I had a bizarre dream last night - perhaps writing it down will help me understand it... I saw a baby, & the baby was speaking like an adult... I was amazed... & very curious! I looked at the baby, I looked into it’s eyes... & as I did I was drawn in - almost ‘sucked in’ to the baby’s consciousness - it happened in 4 distinct stages - before I was ‘there’. ... And when ‘there’ I was shown this babies memories - memories of another world. It was beautiful - more beautiful than this world - as I know it to be now anyway... And I thought - ‘why would you want to be here, when u can be there’? Who is this child? And then the world started to change - I saw it change from beautiful vibrant colours into the most desolate of places - grey, ugly & unliveable This also happened in stages, & over many thousands of years - but then, not that long really... & no going back. I wondered why I was being shown this - but at the same, while in the dream, I was so excited that I had been able to ‘connect’ with another being in this way! I had to tell someone - but I can’t remember who that someone was! There’s an obvious message there, but what else? Will have to meditate on this one but would be happy for your thoughts! 10.01.2022 Beware of Pride in Harm... This was the message... I guess when you look at who is running the world right now, and the way that they take so much pride in policies that hurt or harm certain parts of the population, (as well as the environment) you start to get an idea of what they mean...... However, judging others also brings harm, to self as well as others... but perhaps taking pride in this behavior - setting yourself above and apart, may be a behavior that will have the greater consequence. We sow the seeds of our actions first in the Sun-Light of our Solar Chakra, and then we tend them in the garden of our bodymind... Close your eyes for a moment and see yourself there, planting in the fields - under the warmth of the Sun... What is it that you're putting in the ground? What will you water today? What will you flower tomorrow??

08.01.2022 Just a wild water meditation I was heading out into the cosmos & then I was taken back to Mars. Yes, very trippy, but something I needed to understand there - & can only understand through being there.... Ummm, you don’t want to go there. Understand what Mars is, & ‘just don’t go there’... ok? Was shown a fair bit more as well For now, pick up your metaphorical sword & bathe yourself in colour - you will feel stronger with the sword & be protected by the colour... I’ll be back x Namaste

This incredibly wonderful and educative experience was prompted by a 'mindful walk' on the beach. I was simply walking along the beach with my feet in the water up to my ankles, feeling the sand and the water on my feet. 02.01.2022 Empathy vs Fear Fb told me I hadn’t posted for awhile - thanks very much, but only if I have something to share... so how about this... Last night I woke up around 2ish & for some reason I immediately asked ‘why this virus?’ What’s the point? ... I know theories abound out there, however I’m still a bit perplexed by it all... So, quick as a flash (normally b4 Ive even finished asking the question) I was told ‘Empathy’ An opportunity for the Whole world to develop & experience empathy - in this age of division. When you think about it, I guess a ‘pandemic’ that impacts the whole world is that opportunity for us to ‘feel for the other’ or... ‘feel the other’ - inasmuch as we are all from the one Universal Cosmic Source of consciousness & energy, freely expressed in this 3rd dimensional experience of Choice & Free Will... we should be able to ‘Feel the Other’ by now! So, what will we - as a race, as a species, choose to express? Empathy? Compassion? Fear? Greed? Racism? Violence? All of these are being expressed at the moment. I’m reminded at this time of Victor Frankl... who realised, while being made to stand naked in the snow in a moment of absolute powerlessness... that the only thing that can NEVER be taken from us is ‘Our Right to Respond’ Whatever happens, we choose our response - &!therein lies our Power Edgar Cayce also said that ‘It is not all of Life to live, nor all of Death to die’ - what do we make of that? What do you make of that? This page is about the Soul’s journey, which continues on, so let’s take up the opportunity to work on a bit of Soul growth at this time, and take the longer view - amid the rush to buy loo paper... & now guns (!) - let’s take a breath of clean air... and promote Empathy for the entire human experience - not just those that support our own personal views - but all of Humanity - Love (& Light) are powerful forces for healing #lightreflectedonEarth #empathyandunderstandingforall
