03.01.2022 Mik Langsford The SA Rally Panel joins the wider motorsport community in extending our condolences to the family and friends of Mik "Chopper" Langsford. Mik was a lovable larrakin with a heart of gold. Nothing was too much trouble when helping out his mates. His enthusiasm was infectious. He is probably best known for his various roles in the ranks of officials. Fire and rescue won't be the same, nor will training sessions for rally officials. New trainees and old hands all... had a laugh and took something away from any session he presented. He practiced what he preached, being a regular at events from road closures through to course cars at both ends of the field for rallies. It was a privilege to know him. Rest in peace Mik.
